Walnut Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/3 tsp. cream of tartar
1 1/2 c. sugar
black walnut flavoring
1 c. cake flour
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Whip egg whites until foamy.
Add salt and cream of tartar and continue to whip until they hold a point and are not dry.
Add 1/2 cup sugar slowly, then the extract.
Add flour, remaining sugar and nuts.
Bake in an ungreased pan for 30 to 40 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
