Chicken Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    6 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. chicken stock
    3 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    3 c. cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. onion powder
    3/4 tsp. celery salt
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 crushed bouillon cube
    1/4 tsp. marjoram
Preparation
    Melt butter or margarine; add flour and blend to a paste.
    Stir in heated stock and cook, stirring until sauce is thickened.
    Cool. Combine remaining ingredients.
    Add sauce to chicken mixture; mix and chill.
    Shape into croquettes.
    Dip croquettes in milk or beaten egg; roll in bread crumbs.
    Place croquettes in greased pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
