Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. self-rising flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. Crisco
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 pkg. yeast (melted in 1/4 c. warm water)
Preparation
    Sift together flour, sugar and soda.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix as biscuits.
    Pinch off dough, about the size of a walnut and roll out biscuits.
    Let stand a few hours to rise. Bake in 425\u00b0 to 450\u00b0 oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
    May store dough in refrigerator in a sealed bowl and use as needed.
    This will keep 4 or 5 days.
