Butter Thin Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter
    1 c. sugar
    4 1/2 c. flour
    3 1/2 Tbsp. (or more) sweet cream
    2 egg yolks
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and flour together until it forms little beads.
    Add cream and yolks.
    Mix very well.
    Roll out on floured board as thin as desired.
    Cut with cookie cutter.
    Dip in unbeaten egg whites; sprinkle with mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Place a few chopped nuts on top (optional).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 10 minutes or until light brown.
