Fried Green Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    green tomatoes
    dry bread crumbs
    egg, beaten
    milk
    shredded cheese
    oil
Preparation
    Heat some oil in
    a cast-iron skillet.
    Cut tomatoes in thick slices.
    Dip in bread
    crumbs,
    then
    in
    beaten egg and milk, then back in crumbs
    again.
    Fry until tender and golden brown, topping with cheese during last few minutes of cooking.
