Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. apples, peeled and diced
2 c. sugar
1 c. nuts
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. oil
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix the apples, sugar and nuts.
Let stand an hour, stirring occasionally so the mixture makes its own juice.
Add dry ingredients to apple mixture.
Add oil, eggs and vanilla.
Stir by hand.
Pour batter into a greased tube pan.
Bake 1 hour 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
