Chili Relleno Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 sm. cans green chilies
2 c. sharp cheese, grated and divided
4 eggs
1/4 c. flour
1-1/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. salt
Dash Tabasco or chili powder
Preparation

In a skillet, brown together the meat, onion and garlic. Grease an 8 inch or 9 inch square baking pan.
Place one can of chilies on the bottom of the dish.
Top with 1-1/2 c. cheese.
Add meat mixture and top with second can of chilies.
Beat together the eggs and flour.
Add milk and seasonings and pour over the meat mixture.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
