School Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 c. unbleached flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. dry milk
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In
    mixer combine 1/2 cup yeast and 1/2 cup sugar.
    Mix well with
    hand.
    Then add 1 quart warm water or 1 cup butter or 1 cup vegetable oil.
    Let rise until yeast works well.
