Latin Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag slaw mix
    1 c. whole kernel corn
    2/3 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/3 c. chopped red onion
    2 Tbsp. diced pimento
    1/2 c. oil
    1/3 c. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Mix remaining ingredients for dressing. Toss all and chill.
