Shrimply Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cauliflower, chopped
    2 c. milk
    1 onion, minced
    1/2 tsp. dill
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    2 c. chopped, cooked shrimp
    3/4 c. shredded medium-sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine cauliflower with a small amount of water in a glass dish.
    Microwave on High for 6 to 7 minutes or until tender; drain.
    Place in a 9 x 11-inch baking dish.
    Combine milk, onion and dill in a small saucepan.
    Bring to a boil.
    Remove from heat and strain; keep warm.
    Blend flour and margarine in a saucepan. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until smooth but not brown.
    Stir in warm milk gradually.
    Cook over low heat until thickened and smooth, stirring constantly.
    Season with salt and white pepper. Stir in shrimp.
    Spoon over cauliflower; top with cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
