Baked Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 lb. navy beans, washed and soaked overnight
2 c. bacon fat and chopped bacon
1/4 c. salt
2 Tbsp. pepper
1 onion, grated
1/2 c. vinegar
2 c. molasses
1/2 (No. 10) can catsup
1 lb. brown sugar
Preparation
-
Parboil beans until tender and drain.
Mix all ingredients together and bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
