Homemade Spaghetti And Meat Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. jar canned tomatoes or 2 cans whole tomatoes
1 large can tomato paste
3 stalks celery
1 large onion
Italian seasonings
salt and pepper
1 pkg. thin spaghetti
1 1/2 lb. pkg. ground beef
Preparation

On stove cook in large saucepan the tomatoes and tomato paste. Saute celery and onions in separate skillet.
When celery and onions begin to get tender, add to tomato mixture.
Brown ground beef in skillet, drain and add to tomato sauce.
Add seasonings to taste.
Cook slowly and stir often.
Prepare spaghetti noodles separately.
Serve sauce over noodles and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
