Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen zucchini squash
    1/4 tsp. minced garlic
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. fresh minced onion
    salt and pepper
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. grated American cheese
    1 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Boil the squash in salt water to which the minced garlic has been added.
    When tender, drain well.
    Thicken the tomatoes with the cornstarch and add the butter and minced onion, salt and pepper to taste.
    Brown the ground beef in a skillet; add a little salt and pepper.
    In a greased casserole, put a layer of squash, beef, tomatoes and cheese; then repeat in the same order.
    Cover the top with the crushed corn flakes.
    Bake 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
