Cashew Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pieces chicken breasts (boneless), cut in chunks
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. rice wine
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
green pepper
onion
mushrooms
snow peas
peanut oil
water chestnuts
bamboo shoots
cashews
hoisin sauce
Preparation

Toss chicken in bowl with mixture of soy sauce, rice wine and cornstarch; set aside.
Refrigerate for a couple of hours.
