Fried Venison Backstrap - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. milk
    3 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix flour and milk in medium sized bowl with whisk until all lumps are out.
    Add spices and mix well.
