One Dish Pork Chop Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pork chops (1-inch thick) or pork cutlets
    1/3 c. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. apple juice or cider
    2 Tbsp. small potatoes
    2 chopped onions
    1 lb. carrots, peeled and cut in 3-inch pieces
    6 c. cabbage (optional)
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation
    Coat pork chops in flour; reserve excess flour. In a large Dutch oven, heat oil.
    Brown pork on both sides. Season with salt and pepper.
    Remove and set aside.
