Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    garlic and salt to taste
    3 large potatoes, sliced and cooked
    1 pkg. mild Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cook ground beef and onion with salt and garlic; drain. Put into bottom of casserole dish. Add cooked potatoes, then Cheddar cheese. Top with soup and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
