Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    2 c. canned pumpkin
Preparation
    Blend together eggs and sugar until light and well blended. Add oil and continue to beat.
    Sift and stir dry ingredients together and thoroughly beat into egg mixture.
    Add pumpkin and mix well again.
    Pour into greased and floured 9-inch tube pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until done.
    Let stand in pan for 10 minutes before removing.
