Ingredients

1/2 c. butter, soft
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
42 miniature peanut butter cups
Preparation

Combine butter, sugars, egg, peanut butter and vanilla; beat until smooth. Add flour, soda and salt. Cover dough and chill until firm (1 hour). Make into walnut size balls and place in greased mini muffin tins. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 9 minutes. Press a peanut butter cup in each and let cool in pan.
