Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. butter
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 to 3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. raisins
    2 Tbsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Cook rice 10 minutes.
    Remove from heat. Add sugar, eggs, butter and vanilla. Mix well until eggs are cooked in hot rice. Add milk and raisins. Return to low heat, stirring continuously for about 5 minutes.
    Pour into serving dish.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg and brown sugar.
