Enchiladas(Joe And Sonya Kuykendall, 11-3-78) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
Velveeta cheese
1 onion, diced
1 can chili
1 can tomato sauce
1 pkg. enchilada mix
corn tortillas
Preparation

Put can of tomato sauce and enchilada mix in pan and mix. Heat over low fire.
Brown beef and onion over low fire in skillet.
After sauce heats 10 minutes, add to the beef, just enough to be slightly soupy (to your preference).
