London Broil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef flank steak
    1 Tbsp. minced onions
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. softened butter
Preparation
    Preheat broiler.
    With sharp knife, score both sides of flank steak for even broiling.
    Place steak in broiling pan.
    In bowl, mix onions, olive oil and salt.
    Rub mixture on both sides of steak.
