Greek Walnut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. olive oil
    1 c. orange juice
    2 c. walnuts, finely chopped
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 oz. cognac
    1 c. warm honey
    1/4 c. additional walnuts
Preparation
    Sift flour and spices together. Beat eggs well; add sugar. Add flour and liquids, alternately, to egg mixture, mixing thoroughly after each addition. Add walnuts; mix thoroughly. Stir baking soda into the cognac; mix it into batter. Pour into greased 9 x 12-inch pan. Bake approximately 45 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven. As soon as cake is baked, remove from oven and cut into squares. Pour warm honey into all lines and around edges of warm cake. Grate walnuts over cake.
