Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated, unpeeled zucchini
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 can drained crushed pineapples
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
    Add all other ingredients one at a time mixing well after each.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in loaf pans.
