El Rancho Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
    3 1/2 c. (1 lb. 12 oz. can) tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. (12 oz. can) whole kernel corn (undrained)
    1/2 lb. Velveeta, cubed
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain.
    Add onions and cook until tender.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, 30 to 35 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
