Ham-Potato-Pineapple Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 1/2 lb.) lean, reduced sodium center cut ham steak
vegetable cooking spray
1 (16 oz.) can sweet potatoes, drained and sliced
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation

Trim excess fat from ham.
Place in an 11 x 7 x 1/2-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray.
Arrange potatoes and pineapple over ham; set aside.
Combine vinegar and remaining ingredients in a heavy saucepan.
Cook over medium heat until hot. Pour over ham.
Cover; bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Yields servings for 4.
