Frozen Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 large tomatoes (do not peel, but clean and core)
    4 green peppers or 4 large carrots, shredded
    2 large onions
    4 Tbsp. salt
    2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large pan; cook until soft.
    Let cool, then puree mixture in a blender.
    Bag and freeze.
