German Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head shredded cabbage
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 mango, chopped
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Place cabbage, onion and mango in a bowl.
    In saucepan, bring vinegar, sugar, celery and mustard seed to a boil.
    Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes, then pour over salad mixture and toss.
    Refrigerate overnight or longer.
    The longer it sets, the better.
