Tossed Macaroni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. Ricotta cheese or small curd cottage cheese
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 lb. bacon (1-inch pieces)
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. thawed frozen green peas
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 pasta recipe macaroni or flat noodles, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Put Ricotta cheese in serving bowl.
    Crumble with a fork.
    Add butter and noodles; toss 2 to 3 times.
    Cook bacon in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat until crisp.
    Add peas and saute 2 minutes; drain fat.
    Add bacon and peas to noodles and toss.
    Add Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
    Toss again and serve immediately.
    Yields 8 to 10 servings.
