My Mom'S Mexican Casserole(Student Favorite) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 chopped onion
1 Tbsp. oil
1 can refried beans
1/4 c. water
4 tsp. or more picante sauce
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. water
1 small bottle taco sauce
1 small can chopped green chilies
Cheddar and Jack cheese, grated (as much as you want)
1 large bag Doritos
Preparation

Crush 3/4 bag of Doritos in bottom of 9 x 13-inch casserole (remember to Pam).
Put meat mixture as next layer.
Sprinkle cheese for next layer.
Pour sauce over.
Top with remaining Doritos, which have been left whole.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
