Zucchini Squash Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. grated squash
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients; set aside.
    Peel squash, remove seeds and grate as for cole slaw.
    Mix dry ingredients with sugar, eggs and oil.
    Add vanilla and nuts.
    Pour into greased and floured pans, 2 large or 3 small pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
