Coconut Bananas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 bananas, peeled
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 c. shredded coconut
Preparation

Cut bananas into 1-inch pieces.
Place the lemon juice, sour cream and coconut into separate bowls. Dip banana pieces into the lemon juice.
Roll in sour cream and then in coconut.
Make sure all sides are covered.
Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate several hours. Makes 24 pieces.
