Broccoli Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. water
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation
    Cook and drain the chopped broccoli.
    Soften gelatin in water. Add condensed chicken broth to gelatin; heat and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
    Beat mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and minced onion with rotary beater until smooth.
    Add gelatin and beat again.
    Fold eggs and broccoli into partially set gelatin mixture.
