Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 large eggs
2 c. grated carrots
3 c. flour *
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 can nuts (black walnuts or pecans)

*If using plain flour, add 2 teaspoons baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
