Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. canned pumpkin
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 2/3 c. flour
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Cream the shortening and sugar.
Add water, eggs, and pumpkin. Combine dry ingredients; add to mixture.
Bake in loaf pan at 350\u00b0.
When cool, serve with whipped cream.
This bread freezes well.
