Apricot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small pkg. orange Jell-O
    1 c. apricots, drained
    2 1/2 c. hot water
    1 c. small marshmallows
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1 c. juice (1/2 apricot, 1/2 pineapple)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. butter
    1 egg, beaten
    2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in hot water and add apricots, marshmallows and crushed pineapple.
    Let set.
    Cook together last 6 ingredients; let sauce cool and then fold in 1 cup whipped cream. Spread over Jell-O.
    You can put grated cheese or coconut on top.
