Turkey Slow Grilled - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 lb. turkey (fresh is the best!)
    1 stick butter
    3 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. chives
    1 Tbsp. parsley or green onion
    1 Tbsp. sage
Preparation
    Preheat covered barbecue grill to 300\u00b0.
    Move coals to side and place pan large enough to catch all drippings under the grate. Wash and pat dry bird.
    Blend herbs and butter to a paste. (Experiment with whatever herbs you like or, better yet, fresh herbs!)
    Separate the skin from the breast from the back.
    Insert paste and rub between the skin and meat.
    Grill for 10 minutes per pound.
    Fresh cooks faster!
    Turkey is so moist and tender!
