Golden Chiffon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Mazola or Wesson oil
    7 unbeaten egg yolks
    3/4 c. cold water
    2 tsp. vanilla or lemon
    1 c. egg whites, 7 or 8
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Step 1:
    Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Add oil, egg yolks, cold water and vanilla or lemon.
    Beat well.
