Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. melted oleo
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 slightly beaten egg white
Preparation
    Flake salmon, discarding bones.
    Combine salmon, bread crumbs, chopped onion, oleo, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Combine milk and egg.
    Shape into a loaf and bake at 350\u00b0 in a greased loaf pan for 35 to 45 minutes.
    If desired, serve with cheese sauce.
