Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium apples (tart)
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. walnuts
Preparation

Beat eggs until thick and fluffy.
Mix sugar and oil; beat into eggs.
Mix together flour, cinnamon, soda and salt.
Add to the egg mixture.
Stir in walnuts.
Peel and core apples; slice into greased pan 9 x 12-inch.
Pour batter over apples.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Ice with cream cheese icing.
