Herbed Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oleo (1 stick), cut in small pieces
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. all-purpose flour (white)
    pinch of cayenne pepper (about 1/4 tsp.)
    4 large eggs
    1 c. grated Gruyere cheese (3 oz.) or sharp Cheddar
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme or 1 tsp. dried
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh oregano or 1 tsp. dried
    1 tsp. chopped fresh sage or 1/4 tsp. dried
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, combine 1 cup water, butter and salt. Bring to boil, then remove from heat.
    Add flour and cayenne pepper all at once and beat vigorously with a wooden spoon until dough is smooth.
    Return to low heat and stir continuously for 5 minutes or until the mixture pulls away from the sides and forms a ball.
