Garden Vegetable Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    2 green onions, sliced
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, minced
    1 can mixed vegetables, drained
    1 c. cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
    1/2 c. half and half
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
    2 tsp. basil leaves
    2 c. cooked spaghetti
Preparation
    In a 10-inch skillet over medium heat in hot oil, cook mushrooms and green onions with garlic until tender and liquid is evaporated, stirring often.
    Stir in mixed vegetables, tomatoes, half and half, cheese and basil.
    Add spaghetti.
    Heat through, stirring occasionally.
