Baked Salmon In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 salmon steaks (or any fish fillets)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. capers
    2 tsp. vinegar (from capers)
    salt & pepper
    1 c. sour cream or yogurt
    thin slices of lemon
    seasoned salt
    paprika
Preparation
    Season salmon.
    Cover with capers, lemon juice and vinegar. Spread with sour cream.
    Arrange slices of lemon on top, sprinkle with seasoned salt and paprika.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
    Serves 4.
