Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot sausage
3 c. sharp grated cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika
mushrooms (optional)
4 eggs
2 c. seasoned croutons
2 c. milk
green pepper (optional)
onion (optional)
pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
Combine sausage, cheese and croutons.
Layer in bottom of dish.
Mix remaining ingredients; pour over sausage, etc.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
May be frozen before baking.
