Simple Salmon Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. canned salmon
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. chili sauce
    2 Tbsp. chopped, fresh parsley
    1 small, minced onion
    1/2 tsp. hot sauce
    dash of garlic powder
    parsley for garnish
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, blend all ingredients until smooth.
    Pack into small, oiled bowl.
    Chill overnight.
    Unmold and garnish with fresh parsley.
    Yields 3 pounds.
