China Sun Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. hot red pepper flakes
    2 medium carrots, slivered
    1 green bell pepper, slivered
    2 cloves crushed garlic
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. white vinegar
    1 onion, quartered
    1 lb. boneless pork butt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. ginger root or 1 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Drain pineapple.
    Reserve 3 tablespoons of the juice.
    Mix reserved juice with 1/2 cup of water, soy sauce, cornstarch, vinegar and pepper flakes.
    Set aside.
