Apple Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs (may use Egg Beaters)
1 3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. vegetable oil or 1/2 c. applesauce
1/4 c. oil
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. tart apples, peeled and sliced
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
Beat eggs well.
Add remaining ingredients.
Fold in apples (mixture will be thick).
Spread in pan.
Bake 45 to 60 minutes or until toothpick stuck in middle of cake cakes out clean.
Serve with vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt.
Makes 10 to 15 servings.
