Chicken A La King - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 (11 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1/3 c. milk
1 c. diced, cooked chicken
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
4 patty shells or toast
Preparation

In a saucepan, cook mushrooms and green pepper in butter until pepper is tender. Blend in soup. Gradually stir
in milk.
Add chicken and pimento.
Heat, stirring now and then. Serve in patty shells or on toast.
