Sugarless Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs
1/4 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. orange juice
1 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, sift together the flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg.
In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, oil and orange juice and add to the flour mixture.
Before the flour and liquid ingredients are completely combined, fold in the blueberries, stirring gently.
Fill well-greased muffin tin about 2/3 full.
Bake in a preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins.
