Spinach Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. whole wheat lasagna noodles or regular
6 c. spaghetti sauce
2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
4 (10 oz.) boxes frozen spinach
3/4 c. toasted walnuts, pecans or almonds
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 13 x 2 1/2-inch casserole dish.
Cook noodles; drain well.
Make layer of noodles, layer of sauce, 1/2 cottage cheese, 1/3 of the nuts, layer of spinach, layer of Mozzarella and Parmesan, layer of sauce and layer of noodles.
Repeat.
Top with cheese and nuts.
